Shalom has been a part of the Mechanicsville, VA community for over 35 years.
We invite you to come, worship with us, get to know us, and join in our ministries as we strive
to become the complete church using our complete gifts completely.
Sunday morning worship offers a wonderful message from our Pastor, the Rev. Mark D. Miller,
with a blended service in song which features a Musical Meditation from our Chancel Choir
as well as a mix of both contemporary and traditional congregational music.
Shalom Baptist Church is a part of the Baptist General Association of VA and Dover Baptist Association.

The "Sparklers" group meets at the church on the last Monday (September-June, except November & December) at 11:45 am for a covered dish luncheon, fellowship, and a program.
The Leisure Club participates in trips such as plays, dinner, historical sightseeing, and antique shopping.
